Active Ingredient

As with all medications, Exforge® may cause side effects, although not everyone will experience them.

More common side effects:

• Headache and dizziness
• Peripheral oedema, usually milder than with amlodipine alone
• Feeling weak or fatigued
• Less common side effects:
• Palpitations and facial flushing
• Indigestion

Serious side effects, rare:

• Symptomatic low blood pressure
• Angioedema
