Tamiflu® Oral Suspension is suitable for the following individuals:

• Infants or children with influenza.

Tamiflu® Oral Suspension is not suitable for the following individuals:

• Individuals who are allergic to oseltamivir.
• Individuals with renal impairment.

The golden 48-hour window is a key treatment period for Tamiflu® in influenza management. Treatment should ideally be started within 48 hours from the onset of flu symptoms for optimal effectiveness.

Paediatric Tamiflu® Dosage Guide

• Treatment course: Take continuously for 5 days.
• Prophylaxis course: Take continuously for 10 days.

Tamiflu® is a prescription medication and may cause the following common side effects, which are usually mild and often occur during the initial adjustment period:

• Nausea and vomiting
• Headache and dizziness
• Mild discomfort such as insomnia

These symptoms usually occur at the beginning of treatment. As the body adjusts to the medication, symptoms are relieved in most users.

Rare but serious side effects may involve delirium, abnormal behaviour, severe skin reactions or allergic reactions. If side effects occur, especially if the symptoms are severe or persistent, you should consult a doctor.
