RhoGAM® (Rho(D) Immunoglobulin) is a prescription medication. Each dose contains 1500 IU (300 µg) of ultrafiltered human anti-D immunoglobulin.
 
Clinically, this medication is specifically used for women with Rh-negative blood type. It is intended to help prevent Rh isoimmunisation that may occur after carrying or delivering an Rh-positive baby, miscarriage, or procedures or injuries involving abdominal trauma. This helps reduce the risk of haemolytic disease of the newborn in future pregnancies.
