每粒薄膜包衣片含有：

• Amlodipine (氨氯地平): 5mg
• Valsartan (纈沙坦): 80mg
   

Take strictly as directed by your doctor. Do not change the dosage on your own.

Dosage: Usually, the recommended dose is 1 tablet once daily.

Administration: It may be taken with or without food. It is recommended to take it at the same time each day, such as with breakfast, and swallow it with water.

Dose adjustment: Your doctor may adjust the dosage according to your response. Exforge is available in different dosage combinations, such as 5/80, 5/160 and 10/160. Please ensure that you are taking the correct 5mg / 80mg dosage.

常見副作用包括（若持續或嚴重請諮詢醫生）：

• 頭痛、頭暈 (特別是剛開始服用或轉換體位時)。
• 鼻咽炎（類似傷風感冒徵狀）。
• 周邊水腫（腳踝腫脹）。
• 疲倦。
• 心悸。
   

請存放於 30°C 以下 的陰涼乾燥處。

請保留在原廠包裝內，避免受潮（此藥物對濕氣較敏感）。

請將藥物放置於兒童接觸不到的地方。
